Know Your Worth

Self-worth, also known as self-esteem, is the subjective evaluation of one’s own worth as a person. It is important because it affects the way we think, feel, and behave in all aspects of our lives. When we have high self-worth, we feel confident, capable, and worthy of love and respect. Conversely, when we have low self-worth, we may feel inadequate, insecure, and undeserving.

Because of this, it is imperative that we know how the laws of the universe work. The laws of the universe, such as the law of attraction, suggest that what we focus our thoughts and energy on, we attract into our lives. Therefore, our self-worth can influence the outcomes we experience in our lives.

When we have high self-worth, we tend to think positively about ourselves, and as a result, we attract positive experiences and opportunities. This is because our thoughts and beliefs influence our behaviors and actions, which in turn shape the outcomes we experience.

Conversely, when we have low self-worth, we may have negative thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, which can attract negative experiences and opportunities. For example, if we believe that we are unworthy of love or success, we may unconsciously sabotage ourselves or miss out on opportunities that would have been available to us if we had believed in ourselves. All the goodness that the universe is trying to send to us isn’t able to get through because we have an imaginary wall up blocking its passage.

Therefore, it is important to cultivate a positive sense of self-worth in order to attract positive experiences and opportunities. You have to grow, keep an open mind and be ready to receive that which the universe has in store for you. This can be done through practices such as positive self-talk, meditation, mindfulness, practicing gratitude, and self-care, as well as seeking support from others if needed. By doing so, we can align our thoughts and energy with the laws of the universe, and create a life that is in alignment with our true worth and potential.

Once you witness the results of being in a receptive state, nothing will give you a better sense of self worth! This in turn will elevate your mood enhancing your sense of self worth even further. If you begin to feel yourself having negative self talk or thoughts, recognize it immediately and consciously choose positive thoughts and actions.
