In the journey through grief, one thing becomes evident – the longing for healing and growth is a common theme and yet so many of us don’t seek support. In my own journey through grief, I’ve walked the challenging paths of losing both my husband and my son. The pain was profound, and it shook the very foundations of my world. But within that darkness, I found something remarkable—a deep and unwavering desire to heal and grow. After losing my son, I felt an almost immediate push to educate myself about what happens to our spirit once our physical body is no longer in existence and knew that I needed that in order to heal.
